Shipping Policy Domestic Shipping Signature Custom Woodwork proudly offers Free Shipping via UPS Ground on all orders within the continental United States. Each piece is handcrafted to order, carefully packaged, and shipped from our workshop in Camden, South Carolina. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for completion and shipment after your order is placed. We take great care in packaging to ensure safe delivery, and you will receive tracking information once your item has shipped.

 

International Shipping For orders outside the continental U.S., all international shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. After your order is placed, we will contact you directly with an exact UPS or FedEx shipping quote for approval before your handcrafted item is shipped. Because our products are made to order and built from real wood, shipping rates vary by destination and weight. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are also the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation ​

Order Cancellations

Each Signature Custom Woodwork piece is custom-made to order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. We want you to be confident in your purchase, so we encourage you to reach out with any questions before ordering to ensure every detail is perfect. 

 

Returns & Exchanges Because each item is handcrafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will request seven (7)  photos of the packaging and the item to file a claim with UPS and will work quickly to resolve the issue. Either through a replacement or repair, depending on the situation.
